This was another clean, simple meal – an insanely moist and delicious sea bass and our standard veggie of mutual consent: broccoli. I had actually never had sea bass before (at least not Chilean sea bass) and I had grabbed this randomly when it was on sale. They were frozen and I took them out of the freezer and put them in the fridge to thaw. Upon doing so, I realized how small of a portion I actually got so I don’t remember how much I paid for them but it wasn’t cheap so I was hoping they’d be good… and they didn’t disappoint! I used my air fryer this time; simply brushed a little EVOO on top of these guys and sprinkled some lemon pepper & salt and air fried them for just 12 minutes. SUPER DELICOUS!! I absolutely loved these and will definitely keep my eyes out for another sale because in addition to being good, they are a fantastic source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are great for brain health and inflammation-fighting.
