This was absolutely delicious! For the first time, I tried air-frying my burgers… and they turned out fantastic! Super juicy, cooked to a perfect medium rare (just how I like them), and seasoned to perfection with some seasoning salt from The New Primal. I used a slice of Havarti cheese on top of each patty and dressed the burger with mustard, pickle chips, and about a 1/3 of an avocado, sliced flat to fit on the burger. For the bun, I made some chaffles (keto waffles) on my mini-waffle-maker, using a combination of shredded cheese, almond flour, egg, and pork rinds. Overall, it left me thinking about when I could get home to make another one because it tasted so good!
