Hello! Welcome to a healthier you! Just visiting this site tells me that you’re serious about changing your health for the better. You’re on the right path, my friend, and this will be an educational journey – you’ll learn about your own body, how foods affect it, and what works for achieving your goals.

What I Do

I share food facts, recipes, and nutritional information that you can use to lose weight, reduce inflammation, and improve your overall health quality so that you can be the best version of yourself. Being informed will help you make good decisions with regard to your diet, which will make you feel better both physically and psychologically.

Expertise

I graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, a minor in Psychology, and a concentration in business. I currently coach at and run a gymnastics club for children. After rupturing my Achilles tendon in June of 2021, I embarked on my own health journey to help me heal, lose weight, and improve my quality of life. Now I want to pay it forward and inform others what I’ve learned so they can live happier, healthier lives with the people important to them.
